Citizen E's life and accomplishments :

Kruger, William H. (Bill) Bill Kruger passed away on May 6, 2005 in Riverside, Ca. Born in San Francisco, California on October 17, 1919, he was preceded in death by his wife of 20 years, Delores Kruger; he is survived by his loving companion, Mary Ingersoll of Hemet, Ca, his daughter, Lanie Kruger of Scottsdale, Az, his brother and sister-in-law, Edward and Phyllis Kruger, and niece, Sherrin Pratt and her family, all of Bishop, Ca.

Bill Kruger was a Veteran of WWII and a SeaBee in the US Navy. He participated in the D Day invasion of Normandy and was proud of his contribution in the defense of our nation. He spent most of his life in the Los Angeles and Fresno areas and had his own electrical contracting business known as Kruger Electric. He was responsible for installation of the electrical systems in many of the public schools in the greater LA area in the 1950s and 60s. He loved dancing and was the "king of swing" and Dixieland Jazz, both of which he combined with his love to travel the US in his motorhome.
