Provider's Thoughts :
Mom, you were my best friend. I know sometimes I didn't let you know how much I needed you, but I think you knew anyways. I can't believe how much I miss you and I regret the times that I didn't spend with you when I could have. I wish that I could have you back so that I could spend every minute of that time with you. I avoided you near the end when you were so very sick because I was selfish. It bothered me to see you like that and I never thought that you wouldn't be here for me to visit. You were never supposed to leave us! I know in spirit that you're still here but that can't replace your loving hugs and kissed or that wonderful smile that you always had for me. You always knew just what to say to make me feel better and god know how much I love you. I miss you mom, you left on my birthday 3 years ago. God took you away on the same day he gave me to you 42 years prior. It was the worst and best birthday every. It was the worst because I knew that I never got to give you that one last hug and kiss that I wanted so desperately to give you but it was good because you were no longer in pain or suffering. You are with Mike and the angels now and I know that you are an angel. I love and miss you so much if just once I could hug you again or see you smile...

CitizenE's life and accomplishments :

All the kids in the neighborhood loved my mom. They all called her Ma Ridley. She always had a shoulder or an ear for anyone who needed it. God know she would give anyone the shirt off her back. She had a rough life at times but her life's motto was "It's a great life if we don't weaken" boy was she ever right. I remember one time she drove all of us up to a concert in Bangor and sat out in the car through the whole thing just so my friends and I could go. She was one in a million and dedicated her life to her family... Never asking for anything in return..
